Screen Savers a2z is a collection of alphabetically listed older screensavers with a few newer ones mixed in.

It took us about an hour to find three screensavers from Screen Savers a2z that we could successfully download and one of those screensavers had a virus. Most of this service’s links routed us to a sponsor’s website where we would then discover they no longer offer a free screensaver.

As is painfully obvious with this site, there’s no guarantee downloads will be adware and virus free. To help you avoid the harmful affects of such programs like these, we’ve found a great deal on anti–virus and anti–spyware software at online retailer Herman Street. In small print at the bottom of the Screen Savers a2z service site is written,“No technical support will be available for any of the files within our pages.” Instead they refer you to a fairly complete FAQ section containing some valuable information and the authors of the screensavers.

We don’t recommend Screen Savers a2z as a screensaver service website; there are more valuable screensaver services on the web for the same price—free.
